De Plak Placemat

J’ee-haw! designed a placemat for cafĂ© De Plak in Nijmegen. The image exists of Google search results for “de plak”, printed in different colors. The logo of De Plak emerges from the text.

Rotterdams Fabrikaat

Rotterdams Fabrikaat is an in- and outdoor exhibition in and around the Gouvernestraat, Kruiskade and Nieuwe Binnenweg in Rotterdam. Most of the artists that are invited to participate, are residing in Rotterdam.

I showed ‘Vogelruis’ (Bird Noise) in one of the crowdiest outdoor locations, near Nighttown. Although the location is quite the opposite of the rural surroundings I originally created Vogelruis for, the sounds blended in beautifully with the traffic and other street noises. Vogelruis was on day and night for one week.

I deejayed at CBK Rotterdam during the opening of Rotterdams Fabrikaat, together with Dr. Auratheft.

Vrienden van J’ee-haw! Galerie

Vrienden van J’ee-haw! Galerie (Friends of J’ee-haw! Gallery) is initially set up to be an online gallery with only friends of J’ee-haw! as their exhibitants. In this case we defined ‘a friend of J’ee-haw!’ as someone we have enjoyed meeting. The entries are not judged on aesthetics, but have to measure 200 x 200 pixels. Every image also functions as a link to a website or email address of the person that contributed it.

It is kind of interesting to see that there seems to be no real distinction between friends of J’ee-haw! that are professionally active in visual arts and those that are not…

Spread

Started Spread, my own digital playground. No longer online, because I didn’t have time to regularly update Spread.
