Is an MFA the new MBA?

I just wanted to share this article by Steven Tepper with you. I think it is a well written eyeopener about the specific skill set of artists and how hiring artists might help any business challenged to innovate in a world of volatility, uncertainty, and change.

In his book A Whole New Mind, Daniel H. Pink said something similar about how crucial creativity is going to be in the emergent workforce and economy.
