Saturday is the official opening of Smartlab in Havenkwartier Deventer! And I’ll be playing some of my favorite music there. For you!

Also, I’ve just started developing the website for Smartlab. Bestwerk made the design. I uploaded this temporary page today, so you won’t have to look at an empty page in the mean time.

Smartlab is a fablab (fabrication laboratory), a public workspace with computer controlled machines, like 3D printers and a lasercutter. I’m really happy that Smartlab is to be my new neighbour. Especially now that they also have a vinyl recorder! This is sure to be instrumental in some really nice (and very limited!) handmade objects, to be released on my record label Esc.rec. in the near future…
